Families entrust the care of their family member's physical body to us and we as professionals should take this resposibility seriously. 

 

I have recently learned of additional unprofessional acts in our industry and one in particular in our state. The details of both end with the physical body of a deceased being mishandled; one mistaken for another client and cremated by mistake and the other possibly not even located yet due to a third party involvement. (The actual firm contracted does not have a cremation facility). 

 

To help prevent such a consideration, do some research and select a firm which is able to provide the actual process of cremation at their location.
